The class structure focuses on proper technique, terminology, body awareness, and high energy while obtaining a level of creativity and fun!

Focus is on clarity, intricacy, and FUN! Low heeled tap shoes are preferred and available for purchase through Sweet Feet. Note: Two week's notice is needed in order to have shoes by the first class.Three types of shoes are offered and range in price from $22 - $63.
We'll stretch, leap, spin, strengthen, and move! Come join a high energy and FUN class to upbeat music and learn to dance a variety of styles. We will do everything from Funky, to Broadway, to African Jazz! Get ready for a great workout where you'll increase your strength, poise, and coordination all in a positive and esteem building atmosphere.
